The arrogance is also evident in the fact that if you arrive after 1 PM or on a non-business day, finding no place to go. We arrived at 1 PM and had to wait in the pouring rain for almost an hour before being able to enter the hotel and drop off our luggage. As for the room, it was nothing like the pictures. The view was almost non-existent, just a depressing white wall. The shower gel in the bathroom wasn’t replaced in time, leaving us unable to shower. To make things worse, the area around the hotel is extremely noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep, and the outdated air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, almost unbearable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Florence. At this price point, there are far better places to stay.

比較推薦，衹是沒有停車場，不過就在隔壁收費那種，比較靠譜，房間很大。適合多人。就是晚上中午沒前台，溝通英語還可以

衞生很好，位置很方便，冬天暖氣也很夠，服務人員很友善。如果回佛羅倫薩旅遊一定會再考慮。
